Email sensei@cowabungacloud.com with the subject “Data deletion request.” Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or submission, but do not send passwords or sensitive credentials.
Instagram connection data
The Cowabunga Entertainment website integration stores authorization data for the business-owned Instagram account and a limited cache of its published media metadata. Disconnecting Instagram from the private staff inbox removes the stored authorization and cached gallery records. You may also remove Cowabunga’s access through Instagram or Meta account settings.
What happens next
We will verify the request, delete information that is not required for legal or operational purposes, and confirm completion using the contact information associated with the request.
