7. Intellectual property
Cowabunga branding, original website content, and proprietary materials remain the property of Cowabunga Cloud Solutions. Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are governed by the applicable agreement.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Washington law. Disputes will be handled in the applicable courts of Whatcom County, Washington. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
