• Custom IT Support & Optimization

All services are provided under a client agreement and may require additional contracts.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Use our services in a lawful manner.

• Not engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or misuse of our platform.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payments for services are due as agreed in the service contract.

• No refunds for completed work unless specified otherwise.

• Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any data loss, service interruptions, or cyber incidents beyond our control.

• Issues arising from third-party software, hardware failures, or external security threats.

• Damages exceeding the amount paid for our services in the last 12 months.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All logos, branding, and website content belong to Cowabunga Cloud Solutions.

• Clients may not copy, modify, or redistribute our proprietary materials without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of Whatcom County, WA.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services means you accept any revisions.
